Toddler has slime green poop?

She is fine. It's probably something she ate that was colorful, like vegatables or fruit. Antibiotics can make her poop like slime too. She will be fine in diapers for a while. I didn't potty train my boys until they were close to 3 yrs old. It is easier and takes less time because they understand better at that age. They wore pullups and until almost 3 and a month or so after and they were done. Girls do potty train earlier but usually about 2 1/2. Her poop is fine. Kids have all kinds of colored and smelly poop depending on what they eat.
