How to ask a girl up front if she wants a short term or long term relationship?

Just be like 'hey, I dunno what you want, but this is what I am looking for ___________'. I will say most women prefer to know upfront what they are getting themselves into. Not that it always goes as planned, but nothing wrong with starting out with some kind of foundation. I usually get the awkward conversation in with the first couple of dates. Don't want neither of us to waste our time. And I do want the guy to know what he's getting himself into. Then it'll be up to him if he wants to walk.
