How do you level up fast in black ops?

Im not beast at Black Ops and you see Im only Level 43 on my 3rd prestige after 5 and a half months. I am doing very bad.Well the thing I ask is How do level up fast in Black Ops so If I could get some advice on how to level up fast it would help.and if anyone can tell me what prestige would I be on by November 8th that would help to.Hope you Post a comment bellow Thanks
