I have olive skin and I have silvery grey eyes... I want to dye my hair blue black? Opinions?

I'm on the dark spectrum of olive skin, and I have dark brown hair which sometimes looks like a dark burgundy... I really want to dye my hair blue black? I think that the contrast with my skin tone and hair will make my eyes pop?
