FOR FANTASY FOOTBALL EXPERTS!!! a good trade?

my bro is thinking of giving me antonio gates and deangelo williams for owen daniels and maurice jones-drew... i know gates will be awesome with the yardage and touchdowns with philip rivers but owen daniels got the exact same amount of points as gates last year... and maurice is supposed to have a breakout killer year so i dont know if this is good or not. what do you think?
