Deathnote users use it or not, violence and Anime?

If you could would you use it? why? Whom would you kill? This is for school, I am writing a essay trying to show that Anime does not cause violence. My teacher does not agree with me so help me out.Give me some opinions on violence in Anime and how wrong my teacher is. No, just honest opinions. Thanks.( My teacher really hates Deathnote because of the Chinese ban and the so called killings in Belgium)
