Exilim camera shows error and wont turn on?

I have an casio exilim ex-z80 and i turned my camera on without my memory chip and it worked but then it was out of memory so i got my memory chip and when i turned it on it said card error so i formated it on my camera but it didnt do anything i put it in my computer but it did what it would normally do and my pictures were still there then i put my memory chip back in and it made this beeping noise and the green light flashed but the screen woulldnt turn on i charged the battery but nothing happened? How do i fix this and whats wrong with it? Thanks
