Why am i so jealous?

i just dont understand myself,I get jealous if my girl has friends on myspace that are guys.im not a bad looking guy but still yet i get insecure,i have always had an insecurity problem,im almost 27.I dont need to be acting like a hot headed teenager.i can not pinpoint my problem
