I want this..... please ive been searching forever?

i was recently watching Tv when an advert came on for Cancer Research UK, and i know its quite morbid but i loved the music used within the advert, it is just an instrumental number and i would love to be able to know the name of it. The advert shows a man on a bike achieving a goal of his, a little girl in a hospital corridor and a woman being helped up some stairs by a nurse outside, the music was really beautiful and i would love to know the name of it
