Where can i buy expanding ink?

I've been looking everywhere for expanding ink or puff ink/paint which is added to paint used for silk screen printing to make it puffy. I wouldn't mind buying puff paint which already has this additive in it but all I can find are really small tubes but I need a lot of it. Anyone know anywhere where i can buy this? Or a good silk screen paint shop? Thanks
