Ladies 60 or so???after a TOTAL hysterectomy... how long will a person have the nasty symptoms of menopause?
They say people in England have more symptoms at menopause linked to more dairy products and Japan has less symptoms due to less dairy products and more soy products consumed (soy has plant estrogens).
