Illinois landord tenant law question?

i was just gave notice of evection to the place i have rented for 8 years due to me calling the city inspector came to my house last week and told the landlord that there was problems that needed to be fixed due to moistor. water in the air duct house sits on a slab . roof has been leaking for the past four years and has caused a mold problem . the landlord didnt want to dicuss nothing with me cause she siad it causes too much stress on her husband , im like and the past 4 years what damage do you think you have done not taking care of the leaking and now mold problem. my problem is i cannot move yet , but is it legal in illinois to evect someone that have paid there rent on the first of the month and all there bills are paid monthly can i fight this due to i think i have mold poisoning that has caused me alot of problem that is why i cannot move yet , but yes i know i do need to move but cant yet due to moneand health and responce on this would be helpfull for an opion thank you .
