Xbox LIVE profile, please help me out

Allright so I have a profile that has a big gamer score. I made an xbox live account out of it and the name was taken, (because I have a zune and that's the name i was using) so I entered the info in and it signed me up, but now.. I HAVE NO GAMERSCORE! it got rid of my score and now I have 2 profiles: my good one and my xbox live one. is there any way I can add to my live one? is there a way to creat it again and only have 1 profile instead of 2??
