Will I have a late start?

I doubt it but sometimes you need opinions. I have 3 inches of snow ( that's uncommon here) the roads have all been plowed though. It will sprinkle snow tomorrow. Then will rain (heavy and common) for several days. Will all the slush bloke drains and create flooding because it's happen here before. Also since it will be 40 everyday all that snow would melt and drain to our river and rain would help cause a flood advisory right? Ps it's late start from school.
