So two black guys with some paint and rollers fixed walter reed .Imagine if we had a couple of mexicans in D.C

Two mexicans could paint the building , fix the drywall ,put on a roof ,cut the gr, polish the floors ,clean up the rats ,(AT LUNCH )and work for 3 dollars a day .
