Should i continue taking this pill?

Ok..Its more than a week now m having chest pain accompanied by breathing problem and pain in the arm (all left side). On first check up doc advised me to have gastric pills suspecting gastric prob but no improvement...So on second visit he prescribed me pain killer zerodol to have it on SOS. But my prob is i get headache and feels it makes my breathing more worse. My Q : should i still continue having this painkiller? Right now m in a place with no social life...will be here for 2-3 more days. So can any one advise me? Thanks :)
