How do i cope with moving away from my best friends abd boyfriend?

It seems like everytime i get comfortable somewhere my family and i move, this is the 4th or 5th time this is happened and its getting harder and harder to cope with, ive made 3 bestfriends and i have a boyfriend that ive had my first kiss with and that was the first boy that i said that i loved and now im moving away i need advice on how to make new friends and how to keep in touch with everyone and im also wondering how well long term relationships work
