Does anyone know a low-cost vet dermatologist and vet opthalmologist in and around Los Angeles?

My 7-year old pug has a chronic ear infection. His last infection was so bad that it locked his ear c. My vet says that I should see a dermatologist to prevent further infections that can lead to taking his ear c out. Aside from this, his left eye has pressure that my vet suspects is glaucoma. I was referred to specialists for the ear and eye but each were $150.00 for consultation alone! I am not in my best financial situation right now and I would like to find out if there are specialists out there who are cheaper. Thanks for the help in advance!
