Can anyone explain why the players are leaving Arsenal?

There's nothing wrong with the style but Wenger refuses to buy proven quality with experience. Buying one 30m player can change the season. Also, he has too much trust in the younger ones. He thinks the deadwood could be used in FA cup ties but they are too Sh*t. Whats wrong with buying a 6"2 31 year old CB made of steel? Also, he thinks of the League Cup as a training comp for the youth. 2007 we could've won it if the first team was on the pitch, recently the 2011 defeat was disappointing.
