Perhaps you should give him a little space. Distance sometimes makes the heart grow fonder. Next time you talk to him, explain that you really care about him but don't understand why he gets upset with you so quickly sometimes. Tell him that you have concerns that he is seeing someone else and that if he wants to see other people to just let him go. But at this point, you need to give him some space and some time to think things over regarding you and your relationship. Don't call him so often. That might be part of the reason why he gets upset with you.
